Austates has a broad range of equipment for soil and concrete applications. Here, we are highlighting the few main varieties of nozzles available for treatment of soil, and also for injecting concrete.
Nozzles
Combination Nozzles
There are a wide range of tips and combinations to choose from. There is a combination tool that can be used for flooding a trench or some light duty rodding. A large fan nozzle at the base of it, gives a good spread without reducing the volume flow. The thread is compatible with all the injectors in our range.
Small Diameter Nozzle
Designed for use through ceramic tiles. Typically, the polyurethane cork is fitted to the tip, and the small diameter allows a smaller hole to be drilled, reducing the damage to the tiles. It does reduce the flow available through the injector, but that is just a trade-off for providing a neater job.
Standard Injection Nozzle
Available in a variety of different lengths. The nozzles are designed to go through a 12mm diameter hole. Slots cut into the bottom allow an electrical dispersion, and also, the spray pattern is slightly upward. They are mainly used in underground voids and cavities where it is difficult to determine the exact amount of chemical required.
